Summary
This study will use wearable digital patches to collect heart data from 5,000 adults with conditions like heart failure, high blood pressure, and heart valve disease. The goal is to observe how these conditions change over time for research purposes. Participants wear a sensor patch that tracks heart rate, breathing, and heart rhythm. No new treatments are tested—this is purely an observation study.
