Summary
This study aims to track the long-term health of over 4,000 adults in Shanghai to understand how heart, kidney, and metabolic conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure develop and interact over time. It is a follow-up to health data collected from the same group of people starting in 2016. The main goal is to gather knowledge about disease progression, not to test a new treatment.
