Summary

This study looks at how a heart hormone called natriuretic peptide affects metabolism and exercise in people with different genetic makeups. Researchers will compare how the body responds to sugar and exercise in 200 adults with high or low hormone levels due to genetics. The goal is to understand why some people are more prone to heart and metabolic diseases, which could lead to better prevention strategies.
