Can exercise save young cancer Survivors' hearts?

Summary
This study is testing a special 6-month heart health program for young cancer survivors who are at risk for heart problems due to their past cancer treatments. The program combines supervised and home-based exercise with lifestyle coaching and is compared against standard advice. Researchers want to see if this approach improves heart fitness, function, and overall well-being in 336 participants across Canada.
