Summary
This study aims to better understand how chronic heart conditions progress in daily life. It will enroll 5,000 adults in the U.S. who have conditions like heart failure or high blood pressure. Participants will wear special sensor patches to collect health data like heart rate and breathing patterns over time, but they will not receive any new treatment as part of the study.
