Scientists hunt for hidden signs of muscle wasting in heart patients

NCT ID NCT06217640

Summary

This study aims to find better ways to diagnose muscle loss (called sarcopenia) in people with heart failure. Researchers will measure muscle mass, strength, and blood markers in 80 participants to understand how these factors are linked. The goal is to create a clearer picture for doctors to spot this common but often hidden problem earlier.
