Summary
This study is testing a comprehensive treatment plan for a specific, fast-worsening type of coronary artery disease believed to be driven by inflammation. It will enroll about 39 patients who have this condition. Researchers will compare each patient's health outcomes before and after they start the new treatment, which combines standard heart care with medications that calm the immune system.
