Summary
This study aims to better understand a specific type of coronary artery disease (CAD) that is linked to chronic inflammation, often affects younger women, and doesn't respond well to standard heart treatments. Researchers will observe 120 patients with this condition over two years to track their health outcomes, current treatments, and disease features. The goal is to gather knowledge to improve future diagnosis and care for this poorly understood condition.
