First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study looks at 10,000 people who have both sleep apnea and high blood pressure. Researchers will track them over many years to see how well they use their sleep apnea machine (PAP) and blood pressure medicines, and whether that affects their risk of heart attacks, strokes, heart failure, or death. The goal is to learn which treatment habits lead to better long-term health outcomes.
