Summary
This study looks at two ways to treat heart attacks in people aged 75 and older who have several blocked heart arteries. One approach only fixes the artery that caused the heart attack, while the other uses a special test to decide which other blockages to open as well. The goal is to see which method helps patients live longer and have fewer heart problems.
