Summary

This study looks at whether giving people healthy prepared meals and education helps them eat better compared to just getting physical activity coaching. About 120 adults in Anson County who have or are at risk for chronic diseases like obesity, diabetes, or heart disease will take part. The goal is to see if this approach can improve diet quality and support long-term health.
