Summary
This study tested a mobile program designed to help young adult cancer survivors (ages 18-39) eat healthier and be more physically active. 72 survivors joined the pilot trial to see if the program was easy to use and liked by participants. The goal was to learn if this approach could improve diet and activity levels in this group.
