Summary
This study aims to understand frailty in people with HIV who are 50 or older. Researchers will screen participants for signs of weakness or low stamina, then offer a personalized activity plan with strength, balance, and walking goals. The study will track how well people stick with the plan and whether their physical performance and quality of life improve over 24 weeks.
