NCT ID NCT07051733
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a 6-week program (combining face-to-face and online sessions) can boost health information literacy in 30 adults with metabolic syndrome. The goal is to see if better understanding of health information leads to improved weight, waist size, blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol. It is a small, early-stage feasibility study, not a treatment trial.
