Summary
This study tests a program called Health Impact 360, designed to improve heart health in adults from marginalized communities. 328 participants will join group sessions twice a week for 8 weeks, then once a week for 8 more weeks. Sessions include health education and group walking. Researchers will measure changes in heart health, stress, and social support compared to a wait-list control group.
