Summary
This study tests a 10-week psychoeducational program for women with Functional Hypothalamic Amenorrhea (FHA), a condition where periods stop due to stress, low energy, or lifestyle factors. About 70 women will either join the program or receive usual care. Researchers will track whether the program helps restore regular menstrual cycles and improve hormone levels over 9 months.
