Summary
This study tested a counseling program called the Friendship Bench for 106 teens aged 13-18 living with HIV and depression. The goal was to see if the program is feasible and acceptable, and whether it can reduce depression symptoms and improve engagement in HIV care. The study compared standard care to two versions of the counseling program.
