New Two-Drug attack on tough head & neck cancers

Summary
This study is testing whether a combination of two drugs, sacituzumab govitecan and cetuximab, can help control advanced head and neck cancer that has come back or spread after initial treatment. It will involve about 40 adults whose cancer has progressed despite standard therapy. The main goal is to see if this drug combo can shrink tumors and is safe for patients.
