New drug trial aims to reduce panic attacks

Summary
This study is testing whether a new drug called HB-1 can help adults with panic disorder. About 240 participants will receive either HB-1, a placebo (inactive pill), or one of two existing medications for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure how well it reduces panic attacks and improves symptoms compared to the other options.
