Inclusion Criteria: * The subject selection will be based on the following criteria: * 20-45years of age * Post-flexor tendon repair surgery in zone 2 within 2-4 weeks * Ability to understand and follow study instructions * Willingness to participate in the rehabilitation program Exclusion Criteria: * Potential participants will be excluded if they meet one of the following criteria: * Severe joint deformities or arthritis in the wrist or hand * Infections or other complications related to the tendon repair * History of neurological disorders or conditions affecting hand function * Non-compliance or contraindications to manual therapy
