First seen Oct 01, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study tested whether using a hand fan for 10 minutes each day for six weeks could help people with COPD feel less short of breath and improve their mood. Fifty-six patients took part, with half using the fan and half receiving usual care. The results will show if this simple, drug-free tool can be a helpful addition to COPD management.
