Summary
This study tested two different muscle energy techniques to see which one better improves hamstring flexibility in people with knee osteoarthritis and tight hamstrings. Fifty adults aged 40-60 with knee OA and limited hamstring flexibility took part. The goal was to find a simple, non-drug way to ease stiffness and improve movement.
