First seen Feb 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study tested a flu vaccine (H1N1) in 122 kidney transplant patients to see if it is safe and helps their immune system fight the flu. Participants were adults who had a kidney transplant at least 6 months ago and were on stable immunosuppressive drugs. The vaccine was given without an adjuvant to avoid overstimulating the immune system.
