Summary
This study tests two different acid-reducing medicines (P-CAB and PPI) as part of a four-drug treatment for H. pylori, a stomach infection. About 320 adults who have not been treated before will take one of the two combinations. The goal is to see which approach kills the bacteria better, with fewer side effects and easier to follow.
