Summary
This study is testing if a virtual group support program can help adults who developed a serious complication called chronic Graft-Versus-Host Disease (GVHD) after a stem cell transplant. The program aims to improve their quality of life, help them cope with symptoms, and manage their treatment. Researchers are comparing the 8-week virtual group sessions to standard care plus an educational booklet.
