New program aims to ease daily struggles for GVHD patients

Summary
This study tests a special program called Horizons for adults who have had a stem cell transplant and developed chronic graft-versus-host disease (GVHD). The program includes group sessions to help patients cope with symptoms, improve quality of life, and take their medications as prescribed. About 80 participants will be randomly assigned to the program or standard care to see if the program is helpful and practical.
