First seen Feb 15, 2026 · Last updated May 04, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study tested two methods for covering receding gums in 24 healthy adults. Both methods used a tissue graft and a special surgical technique, but one group also received a protein gel to help healing. The goal was to see which approach better covered the exposed tooth root and improved gum thickness and attachment after 6 months.
