Gum disease bone repair: which treatment works better?

Summary

This study compares two treatments for repairing bone damage from advanced gum disease. About 40 adults with deep gum pockets will receive either a combination of hyaluronic acid and polynucleotides (Regenfast) or enamel matrix proteins (Emdogain), both with a bone graft material. The goal is to see which approach better helps regrow bone and improve gum health over 5 years.
