5-Minute meditation may calm brain tumor patients during radiation

Summary

This study tests whether a 5-minute guided meditation played during each radiation session can lower anxiety in people with brain tumors. About 30 adults will either listen to the meditation or receive standard care. Researchers will measure anxiety levels before and after each treatment to see if the meditation helps.
