Summary
This study tested a gene therapy called GS010 in 19 adults with Leber Hereditary Optic Neuropathy (LHON), a rare inherited condition that causes sudden vision loss. Participants received a single injection of the therapy into one eye to see if it was safe and tolerable. The main goal was to track any side effects, not to measure vision improvement.
