Summary
This study tests an experimental oral drug called GRWD0715 for axial spondyloarthritis, a chronic inflammatory condition affecting the spine and pelvis. The trial starts with healthy volunteers to check safety, then moves to patients to see if the drug reduces inflammation and improves symptoms over 12 weeks. About 141 people will take part, with some receiving placebo for comparison.
