Summary

This study is testing whether a type of talk therapy called metacognitive therapy (MCT) can be delivered in a group setting for people with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in regular psychiatric care. The goal is to see if it is practical and acceptable to patients, and to get early signs of whether it helps with PTSD, depression, and quality of life. About 30 adults in Sweden who have PTSD will take part.
