Summary
This study tests whether group care—where patients meet together with healthcare providers for education and check-ups—can help control high blood pressure and diabetes in Nepal. About 1,110 adults from 37 health facilities will take part. The goal is to see if group visits improve blood pressure and blood sugar levels compared to standard one-on-one care.
