First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether eating grapes rich in flavonoids can protect brain blood flow, thinking, and blood vessel health during mental stress. 44 healthy young adults will consume either a high-flavonoid grape powder or a low-flavonoid placebo before a stress task.
