First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study looks at whether eating grapes rich in natural compounds called flavonoids can protect brain function, blood flow, and mood during mental stress in healthy young adults aged 18-40. Participants will consume either a high-flavonoid grape powder or a low-flavonoid control powder before a stress task. The goal is to see if grapes help maintain clear thinking and healthy blood vessels when under pressure.
