Could extra doses of ovulation drug boost IVF success in high responders?

NCT ID NCT07569315

First seen May 08, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether giving three doses of a hormone trigger (GnRH agonist) instead of the usual single dose before egg retrieval improves egg quality and pregnancy rates in women who produce many eggs during IVF. About 190 participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two approaches. The goal is to see if the extra doses lead to more mature eggs and higher pregnancy rates.
