Summary
This study compares a new biosimilar drug (GME751) to the standard immunotherapy Keytruda in 322 adults with stage II or III melanoma that has been completely removed by surgery. The goal is to see if the biosimilar is absorbed and works similarly in the body. Participants receive either GME751 or Keytruda as an adjuvant (extra) treatment to help prevent the cancer from coming back.
