First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study looks at whether eating only during certain hours (early or late in the day) can help control blood sugar and improve heart health in people who are overweight and have normal blood sugar, prediabetes, or type 2 diabetes. Researchers will track 30 participants' glucose levels continuously and test how their bodies respond to meals. The goal is to find out if time-restricted eating works better at different times of day and why.
