Summary
This study tests a supplement called GlycoDual in 90 adults with prediabetes (higher-than-normal blood sugar). For 90 days, half will take GlycoDual and half a placebo. Researchers will check if GlycoDual lowers fasting and after-meal blood sugar and improves how the body uses insulin. The goal is to see if it can help control blood sugar without medication.
