Summary
This study tests a natural supplement called Berbevis in 90 adults with slightly high blood sugar (100-126 mg/dL) and a BMI between 25 and 35. Participants will take one of three daily doses (500, 750, or 1000 mg) for 2 months to see if it lowers blood sugar and is safe. The goal is to find the best dose for managing blood sugar levels.
