Summary
This study tests whether adding a weight-loss medication (GLP-1 drug) to standard chemotherapy and radiation before surgery helps rectal cancer patients with a high BMI. About 42 participants will either receive the drug plus standard therapy or standard therapy alone. Researchers will measure weight loss, tumor response, and survival to see if the drug improves outcomes.
