Summary

This study tests a drug called glofitamab, alone or with other medicines, in people whose chronic lymphocytic leukemia has turned into a more aggressive lymphoma (Richter's transformation). About 70 adults will receive treatment to see if the cancer shrinks or disappears. The goal is to find better options for this hard-to-treat condition.
