Summary

This study compares three types of glaucoma surgery (Hydrus Microstent, incisional goniotomy, and excisional goniotomy) all done at the same time as cataract surgery. The goal is to see which one lowers eye pressure best and has the fewest side effects. About 243 adults with mild to moderate open-angle glaucoma will take part.
