First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a slow-release eye injection (Durysta) can reduce eye surface inflammation caused by daily glaucoma eye drops. Researchers will measure a marker of inflammation (caspase-1) in 20 adults with open-angle glaucoma or high eye pressure. The goal is to see if using fewer drops leads to a healthier eye surface.
