Summary

This study tests a new care plan that uses technology to help doctors better manage the health of older adults (70+) who have cancer and other medical conditions. The goal is to see if this approach improves their quality of life after 6 months. About 720 people with breast, lung, colorectal, or prostate cancer are taking part across 8 hospitals in France.
