Summary

This study looks at whether a special geriatric care program can help older adults (65+) who have finished treatment for early-stage breast cancer feel better and have a higher quality of life. Participants will receive a full health check and survivorship visits. The goal is to reduce health problems and improve overall well-being after cancer therapy.
