NCT ID NCT04228172
First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study follows 32 people with Parkinson's disease, some with a specific gene change (GBA mutation), to see how their brain activity patterns change over time. Researchers use brain scans to measure these changes. The goal is to understand if the gene mutation leads to faster brain network changes, not to test a treatment.
