Summary
This study tests whether using patients' genetic information helps doctors personalize chemotherapy doses to reduce side effects while maintaining effectiveness. Researchers will randomly assign 860 cancer patients to either receive genetic-guided dosing or standard care. The goal is to see if genetic testing leads to fewer severe side effects and better treatment outcomes.
