Summary

This study looks at people with suspected or known genetic disorders that cause severe allergies or immune system problems. Researchers will collect blood, saliva, and tissue samples from up to 10,000 participants and their family members to find the underlying genetic causes. The goal is to better understand these diseases, not to test a new treatment.
