Summary

This study follows 600 people at higher risk for stomach cancer to learn how precancerous changes in the stomach lining progress or reverse over time. Participants are adults aged 35-84 having an endoscopy for reasons like stomach pain or a family history of stomach cancer. Researchers collect blood, saliva, and tissue samples during endoscopies to track these changes and improve early detection.
