New chemo combo could improve outcomes for stomach cancer patients
NCT ID NCT07366528
First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This phase 3 trial tests whether a chemotherapy combination of oxaliplatin plus S-1 works as well as or better than docetaxel plus S-1 for stage III gastric cancer patients who have had surgery. About 387 adults aged 18 to 80 will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments. The main goal is to see how many patients remain cancer-free after three years.
